No-Cost Lean Six Sigma Intro

It’s Spring and we’re getting ready to graduate with a NO COST Lean Six Sigma Intro. Participants will learn about Lean Six Sigma, a structured, data-based, team-led approach to solving business problems. You’ll learn basic principles of Lean – which focuses on eliminating waste – and Six Sigma – which aims to reduce variation. The organizational elements of a LSS Program will also be discussed along with typical benefits. We will close with an example of a LSS Project showing how a problem was solved from start to finish.
